Software Sales Representative - Nashville,TN
Job Description:
This inside commercial software sales position includes the option to work from your home office, with periodic face-to-face meetings in our Nashville office with your supervisor, the Director of Commercial Software.
You will develop new sales leads and handle incoming leads from the Internet, trade shows, and direct marketing campaigns. You will qualify prospects and educate customers on the benefits of our software products. You will perform demonstrations and conduct weekly technical sales webinars. You will also work within CRM and E-Commerce systems to maintain and report on sales data.
Responsibilities include:
•Develop new prospects and expand existing accounts
•Maintain required number of quality outbound calls to customer contacts
•Conduct in-depth product presentations
•Record accurate customer data to the CRM system
•Generate sales quotations
•Manage content, product pricing and transactions in e-commerce site
•Manage customer product licensing
•Work collaboratively with the Marketing department to provide closed-loop feedback related to Marketing campaigns
•Work well with the Accounting department to ensure that all sales are finalized according to company policies
•Work collaboratively with the Accounting department on collection of past due invoices for the software you sell

SharePoint Consultant/Solution Architect - Nashville, TN
We are seeking a SharePoint Solution Architect with previous consulting industry experience (e.g. Microsoft Gold Partner, Accenture, Avanade, MCS, etc.). This position is responsible for working with our consulting clients to understand their needs and help them architect solutions using SharePoint. One or more of the following approaches can be used in delivering consulting services to our clients: 1 - 2 hour web consultations using Live Meeting; 3 - 5 day Focused On-site Engagements; longer project-based engagements.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 - 7 years of consulting industry experience and a minimum of 2 years full-time SharePoint consulting experience. Excellent communication skills and ability to present himself/herself professionally is a MUST for this position.
The position is based in Nashville, but does require a minimum of 50% travel since we have clients around the U.S. in addition to clients in Nashville, which is our headquarters city. While a few clients are open to remote consulting services to minimize travel costs, most clients still prefer face-to-face consulting.
