The center is conveniently located in the North Dallas corridor, in the heart of the Dallas Metroplex, and is equally accessible from both Dallas airports. The building is actually named "The Greystone Building". The Meridian Business Center is in Suite 1200, on the 12th floor of the building.

The special rate is $89.99 per night for a 1-bedroom suite, which includes full kitchen. Stay includes full breakfast bar, cocktail hour T-W-Th nights, and complimentary high-speed Internet access in your suite. In order to get the special $89.99 rate, you must register by phone and mention that you are attending meetings at the Meridian Business Center.
