What is your preferred learning style?

2 learning styles

Most people can be categorized into one of two types of learners:  1) auditory, or 2) visual.  While everyone may be able, to a certain extent, to learn both ways, each person probably has a preference for one or the other.

Our courses are designed to make sure that there are plenty of chances to learn, whether you are an auditory learner or a visual learner.  In general, we teach by audibly explaining concepts to you during a lecture, then visually displaying demonstrations to you, and finally, giving you hands-on lab exercises that allow you to both see and do.

Frequently, we will reinforce important concepts and lessons in more than one way during a course module. This is to make sure that everyone has a chance to learn the concepts, regardless of their preferred learning style.

One of the unique characteristics of our training curriculum is that we have created it using a new technique developed by Cliff Atkinson of Sociable Media. It is called “Beyond Bullet Points”, and it is a powerful approach to developing presentations that are interesting and engaging for the audience. It follows a classic, three-act story line with an introduction to frame the action, the action itself, and a conclusion.

We think you will find that our courses are different from what you might be used to in the mass market because of the time and expertise we have devoted to developing them.

Provided below are some sample modules from some of our courses:
