I’ve tried setting up each room with a separate calendar and using overlays, and also setting up a resource list with each room there and then using a lookup column in a calendar to select a room. Both ways work OK, only with a total of over 100 resources (rooms, meeting rooms, AV equipment, etc.), [...]

Hi Kim
It would help to know a little bit more about the set-up. Does each room have its own calendar? Or is everything on one calendar? Or … ? Also, where are the difficulties? What is he trying to “manage” that is presenting issues? -
