  I changed the maximum flyout level, but am still not able to add a secondary heading on the Site Navigation Settings. Does increasing the flyout level apply to automatic navigation only?

  The extra levels will only apply to dynamic navigation that is created because the options are checked for “Show subsites” and/or “Show pages”.
