New here, but I can see myself visiting quite a bit.
I'd like users to be able to view KPIs from a number of Excels spreadsheets in a report list I have without providing them permission to view the data within the spreadsheet. I have tried ever permission scenario I can think off. When "veiw only" or any other permission level user arrives at my KPI list, they see the one KPI for the Excel report I have assigned them permission for, but all the other KPIs show a message "Can not find the file……" in red. Of course, I can see all KPIs because I'm the site owner with full control. Please Help!
