  Requirement as below:

  Each sub category in all the document library will have a status indicator attached. For the presence of a document the sub category will be displayed as green and absence of document will be red.
  All these sub categories will be further rolled up to show the status of the category and then the document library.
  The conditions for roll up will be as follows:
  All green rolled up as green
  All red rolled up as red
  Green and red rolled up as orange.

  The status of all the document libraries will be the status of the subsite level 2 which will be rolled up to subsite level 1 and then to the home page.
