    Is there any way possible to get a "map" or "layout" of the site and all of its subsites listed out, in a Hierarchical type structure? I have inherited a rather complex site and wish to trim it down so to speak. It appears as if the previous admin would create an enitre new subsite just to put a calendar in it, or another just for a different document library.

    I wanted to figure out what was where so i could combine several of the elements in a brand new site i am building on a new server.

    Thanks for any help / suggestions in advance.

    I guess something that looks like the Site Content and Structure page would be helpful, if it could be printed out.

    Check out the Access Checker Web Part: http://accesschecker.codeplex.com/

    You get a hierarchical view of the site collection AND you can see where permissions are being inherited or not. You can also check permissions for AD users.
