  Can you take a web part from the master site and copy it to subsites? or do you have to set them up individually, from site to site…We have a main site for our company and I created sub sites for each of my clients…I would like to add some standard web parts but really was hoping I did not need to set each up individually.

  It really depends on the particular web part. If you aren't seeing a particular web part in a sub-site that is available in the parent site, take a look at the features that have been activated on both sites. You probably just need to activate the correct feature to have the web part show up. Good luck!
