No matter how many times we change the metadata, it goes back to the default. I tried uploading a regular xls file and it worked just fine. Is it because this is a macro file?

Is anyone using Sharepoint 2007 in the Cloud environment? If so, what is your opinion on the speed of document retrieval, upload, etc.

1) We would like to house our PO's in our Accounting folder but then also be able to see them in individual project folders. Can we link the two so a) we only really have them stored in one place but can see in both and b) if they are updated in Accounting, [...]
