I would assume that you could install a different edition of SQL server 2008R2 on Windows 7, but you cannot make a Windows 7 client machine be a domain controller for a sample AD. I can think of a couple alternatives, though.

Oops! I apparently left out the actual line that you need to add to the applicationhost.config file – so here it is:
add mimeType=”application/zip” enabled=”false”
